The Genty Maigre’s Chef, Romain Brard opened more than 10 years ago, right in the centre of Toulouse offering fresh and spontaneously prepared dishes, ever evolving. After having worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants in New York and Tokyo, he set up the Genty Magre with his own personal touch : a prestigious place, friendly, gastronomical, cosy for lunch yet refined for dinner! Here we like things to be done properly! Not the habitual hum drum routine! We aspire to follow a logic which brings out the true value of quality produce, all the while respecting tradition, the seasons and our producers choice picks.
Our cave, contains a wide range of wines from all the regions in France, offering you the ideal wine to accompany your meal.
As the restaurant in situated in the heart of Toulosue, it offers a typically warm and cosy environment in which you can appreciate a truly bourgeoise and gourmet cuisine.

We welcome you from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. Closed Wednesday afternoon. We our able to cater for groups of up to 25 from Tuesday to Saturday lunchtime and evening.
